LINEAGE’s e-commerce store is hosted by WooCommerce. WooCommerce provides LINEAGE with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell LINEAGE’s products and services to you. What do I do If my package is lost?

Return & Refund Policy
No refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed all sales are final.
No product can be returned. There are absolutely no exchanges for any reason.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we may choose to send replacements for damaged/missing products/wrong products within 14 days of receipt of the package. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip via email to [email protected].
